Leaders Club is a year-long, YMCA-based leadership development program for 8th-12th graders. It offers teens extensive leadership training and volunteer opportunities that support YMCA programs and community services. In addition to teaching teens leadership through service, Leaders Club advisers:
Introduce teens to the work the Y does to strengthen community
Inspire and prepare teens to become future Y leaders
Like all YMCA teen programs, Leaders Club is grounded in the Five Pillars, elements proven to help teens from across multiple dimensions of diversity reach their full potential and ensure they are equipped for success during life after high school.

Leaders Club is $25/month*
*Leaders Club is only available to YMCA members. If not currently a member a teen/youth membership is available for $25/month. Financial assistance is available. For questions or to visit Leaders Club contact Roger Reid, info below.

Reuter Family YMCA | Wednesdays from 4 to 6 p.m.

The daily schedule varies from week to week, but here's a brief look at what you can expect from an average club meeting:
- 3-3:30pm Free time: Enjoy snacks, hang out with friends, catch up on studies. This time is yours to spend however you'd like.
- 3:30-4pm Icebreakers and teambuilding: Connect with your peers while learning leadership and followership skills.
- 4-5:30pm Professional and personal development: Engage with activities and speakers to help you learn about yourself and how to use your strengths to build your future.
- 5:30-6pm Free time to spend as you like.
YMCA staff supervise club members, serve as mentors, and share expertise. Group leaders work with the community to plan unique opportunities to benefit individual club members while connecting with others.

- Professional writing coaches
- Industry experts
Teen Leaders Club mission is to hold a safe space for young people. We encourage them to have fun and build a community while they pursue their dreams. Teen Leaders Club nurtures ambition and self-betterment.
