Let’em See Ya Sweat

Spring into action this March with the Sweat 16 Check-In Challenge at the YMCA of Western North Carolina! We’re challenging our members to complete 16 workouts between March 3-31—that’s just four sweat sessions a week for four weeks. Not only will you feel stronger, healthier, and more energized, but you’ll also earn a special prize as a bonus reward for your hard work!

How to Participate

It’s FREE to participate. To be eligible for prizes, please register online or at the front desk of your favorite YMCA. The rest is easy—simply check in at the Y and complete a workout.

Any of the following activities to count toward your 16 workouts, plus bonus options too!

Workout Options:
  • Attend a group exercise class – unlimited options!
  • Complete a minimum of a 16-minute circuit on the Wellness floor (one per day counts)
  • Swim at the Y
  • Register for a YMCA program
  • Attend a Coaching Connection session (up to 3 count)
  • Try a Yoga, Flex & Stretch, or Pilates class
  • Take a 1-mile walk at the Y
  • Try a Les Mills class – BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, RPM in the center, or BODYBALANCE here or check out Y360 for a workout from home
  • Bring a guest to join you for a workout at the Y
  • Check out a CROSSFIT class at the Ferguson YMCA
  • Strength Training session
