Painting Program

As part of our commitment to healthy living, which includes building community and membership engagement, we are happy to announce a new venture at the Woodfin YMCA: Art classes for adults and future adults! YMCA member James Cassara, who has over 40 years experience as a working artist and art teacher, will be kicking off this exciting new series. The first will be "Winter Scenes in Acrylic". In just two hours we'll design and paint a basic snow scene that will include winter trees, a fading sky, and the beauty of freshly fallen snow. This class is open to beginners and experienced artists alike. Come join us for some creative fun and let's see what we can do together.
