Join Terri, Reuter's Executive Director, each Friday at 7:00am for a brisk walk around Biltmore Park. We will be meeting in the square in front of Reuter and heading out for a ~2 mile walk/45 minutes. Be sure to bring water and wear sunscreen. You do not have to be a YMCA member to participate.
In case of rain, the track will be open for laps.
