PAID PROGRAMMING-Coach Mandy offers a 6 week long 2 time a week small group personal training program for those wanting to strength train in a supervised setting. It includes high intensity, resistance and impact training focused on improving bone density and muscle strength, especially for those with low bone mass or osteoporosis. Participants will meet in Crossfit Functional Fitness Room. Drop Ins welcome if program is not full for $20. Sign up online or at the Front Desk.
