This workout tradition will take place throughout the United States on Memorial Day weekend. ’MURPH’ is more than just a workout, it is a tradition that helps push us, humble us, and dedicate a bit of pain and sweat to honor a man who gave everything he had. For Time: With a 20/14lb weighted vest:
1 mile run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
Squats
1 Mile Run *Scaled options are limitless with workout, anyone can complete this workout no matter their fitness level.

We have several heats available for sign up throughout the morning. Sign up for the time slot you would like to complete the workout during.
