Meditation has numerous benefits for our overall well-being in mind, body and spirit and can ultimately enhance our happiness and equanimity. Various modalities will be explored in this class including silent meditation, point-of-focus meditation, and guided meditation techniques.

All "levels" of meditation practitioners from those with no experience to advanced, are welcome.
