This class is designed to teach you the basics of a BODYPUMP class and get you comfortable attending future classes. BODYPUMP uses high volume, high repetition tempo training with light to moderate weights to help you develop lean, toned muscles fast!  We will focus on the large compound muscle movements like squats, clean and press, deadlifts, deadrows and push-ups practicing good form and technique. Then, we will do a mini class focusing on those elements with the music to get a better feel for the overall BodyPump experience!
