Advanced Tai Chi Workshop will meet 1st Monday of each month. Designed for experienced Tai Chi practitioners, this workshop focuses on learning and refining the 24-form (Yang-style) Tai Chi sequence. Participants will deepen their understanding of form, flow, and technique while improving balance, coordination, and mental focus.
