Does your child love extreme challenges and being outside all day? The Y's Adventure Camp Tween (ages 9-12) is for kids who love the outdoors, while Adventure Camp Teen (ages 13-15) is for the experienced outdoor enthusiast. Campers come home tired and happy each day after new experiences around western North Carolina.
Monday through Friday, campers travel to Smokey Mountain National Park, Pisgah National Forest, DuPont State Forest, and the Blue Ridge Parkway to hike and swim. “Fun Fridays” include organized activities such as horseback riding, river tubing, whitewater rafting, and paintball, and more.
