TRX (Total Body Resistance Exercise) was born in the Navy SEALs, using body weight exercises on suspension straps to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Intimitdated? Don't be! This Intro class will show you the in's and out's of working with your body weight on the TRX straps. Proper form, technique and execution of each exercise will be demonstrated with plenty of time to practice.
