Join us for Ferguson Fit, a 16-week fitness and arthritis management program that improves your endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility. In class, you’ll find safe, low impact exercises led by certified instructors in a relaxed atmosphere that promotes fun, laughter, friendship, and smiles. Ferguson Fit is led virtually by Lynne Frady: keeping you safe, fit, and healthy via Zoom.

Program begins January 18 and runs through May 7. Classes meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 1 p.m.
