EGYM is a revolutionary fitness system that offers a customized full-body strength training workout in just 30 minutes.

This state-of-the-art fitness equipment will be available to YMCA members at no extra cost. Experience it for yourself starting Jan. 26 at the Reuter Family Y and the Woodfin Y.

EGYM’s smart strength circuit is not your average fitness equipment. These machines are interconnected, intuitive, and designed for the best possible results. Whether you're a seasoned fitness enthusiast or just starting your journey, EGYM provides a personalized and effective workout for all.

Each EGYM machine is equipped with RFID technology, allowing members to access their workout data instantly. With a quick swipe of a specialized RFID wristband, the EGYM smart system automatically tracks your progress, adjusts to your personal settings, and delivers real-time feedback.
