Ready to get fired up about your fitness? Everyone’s invited to the Y’s new Hot Summer Series – a FREE month of weekly workouts at seven different outdoor locations!
July 5-31, try some of our most popular classes at no charge. Our certified instructors will help you get conditioned, build strength, and dance your heart out all month long.

Athletic Conditioning at the Ferguson Family Y, 6:15-7 a.m.
Thursdays (July 8, 15, 22, 29):
Zumba with Tracy at the Corpening Memorial Y, 6-6:45 p.m.
Fridays (July 9, 16, 23, 30):
Strength Fusion with Jessica at the Woodfin Y, 9:15-10 a.m.
Cardio Dance with Christey at the Black Mountain Y, 4:15-5 p.m.
Saturdays (July 10, 17, 24, 31):
Athletic Conditioning with Leo at the Hendersonville Family Y, 9-9:50 a.m
