Patton Pool Opens for Summer

Get ready to make a splash this summer at Patton Pool, which opens to the public on Saturday, May 26.

"Whether you're just looking to cool off on those hot summer days or interested in teaching your kids lifesaving water skills, Patton Pool is the place to be in Hendersonville this summer, " said Josh Simpson, executive director of the Hendersonville Family YMCA, which manages Patton Park and Pool for the City of Hendersonville.

Day passes are $5 for adults and $4 for children. For city residents and/or YMCA members, season passes are $150 for a family, $75 for adults, $60 for seniors, and $60 for youth. For non-city residents, season passes are $300 for a family, $150 for adults, $120 for seniors, and $120 for youth.

Season passes are available at the gate and at the Hendersonville Family Y. Day passes are available at the gate.

Registration is open for pre-school and youth swim lessons. Two-week swim sessions and Saturday morning swim classes are available.

Water fitness classes will be held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings beginning Wednesday, May 30.

Registration is also open for summer day camp at Patton Park as well as summer sports camps, including coed basketball, girls basketball, and flag football.
